Career and Money
Your work and your career will be the prime focus for you during 2012. You may find that you are being pulled into too many directions and you will have to learn how to focus on what’s most important and to prioritise your tasks. You will be working hard, but this is necessary in order for you to create the security and stability that you seek.
If you are in business for yourself or if you are thinking of starting a new business, this can be a great year for you. However, you may find that you have very little time for anything else in your life, that your boundaries between work and leisure, or work and home life are too blurred and that you’re working all the time. If you overdo it, you might get ill, or there could be break-ups in your important relationships which will show you that you need to bring more balance into your life. Make sure you get enough rest and have time out away from the workplace to recharge your batteries.
You may have people in your life who depend on you financially and you may feel as though too much is being demanded of your time and energy. You either need to reduce your responsibilities, or if you want to expand, you’ll need to take on some help. You can do this either by employing someone or by paying a consultant to do the work that can be delegated.
You may be asked to take on more responsibilities and you’ll find it hard to say no, especially as there will be some excellent financial opportunities coming to you in the last few months of 2012. If you really enjoy your work and you don’t resent the extra hours you’re putting in, that’s fine. However, if you are starting to feel resentful, it’s time to reassess your values and maybe you’ll try to work smarter and not harder. Try to come up with different ways of working that will enable you to get better results only with far less energy and effort.
If you are not in business for yourself, this is not be the best year to start one. However, if you work for someone else, you may find that your income increases, but you’ll probably be expected to take on more responsibilities and you will have less time to yourself.
This promises to be a good year for you financially if you are willing to work harder and smarter. You should be able to create more money even if it means taking on a second job, some part time work or evening work. The opportunity will be there for you if you are willing to put in the extra time. It’s up to you how much you’ll earn in 2012. After June 11th, there could be extra income or an opportunity for you to start a new business on the side, you might start to make a passive income.

The first six months of the year are particularly well aspected for relationships so try to get out and about as much as you can.
Many of you want romance in your life and that is going to grow over the next several years. If you are in a relationship, the attraction for one another is going to increase the longer you know one another. You could meet up with people who are on your wavelength especially on a spiritual level. They have similar ideals to you and you really connect with them in an inspirational place.
You also have favourable aspects for all other kinds of relationships from business, friends, children and parents. As long as you make the effort to make time for more social activities, your relationships should thrive especially in the first half of the year.
Towards the end of the year, there could be disagreements in your relationships, especially if you feel unrealistic demands are being placed on your time. Be very clear about what you can commit to and don’t be tempted to capitulate when you really know you need to say no. Try to keep your commitments to a minimum so that you can be more spontaneous and be social when you feel like it, rather than feeling strangled by plans that seem set in stone.
