Regarding the situation with the dog, Bracha does not want to have the dog put down. It’s a difficult situation with the neighbours who are the owners of the dog and they have not sorted out the situation with the dog barking at night. Bracha would like the dog to be re-homed to a more suitable family.

Beginning: In our economy, there is a large Ponzi scheme, there are 6 central banks who are running the show. These banks print money out of thin air therefore there is little value to it. Interest rates are down to 0 or nearly and some places are in the negative.

08:01: The nodes have changed signs, the South node is in Sagittarius and it shows it is our collective responsibility for having lived over our means, living beyond our needs.

08:25: Jupiter, ruler of Sagittarius, has just gone retrograde in Capricorn. Pluto, Saturn and Jupiter in Capricorn so there is a lot of Capricorn energy.

09:45 – Bracha explains why there is a problem with the currency and why it’s becoming worthless in layman terms.

11:14 – It’s a very dangerous game what the banks are playing at. With Sagittarius in the South node, going over the top and going to extremes. We had extremes especially since 2008 (“Credit Crunch”) when Pluto went into Capricorn, this was a time when the economy should have failed and some banks should have gone, that’s when things should have been corrected at that point. Now there is another Jupiter return in Capricorn, Pluto is still in Capricorn, you can’t solve a debt problem by creating more debt.

12:20 – Bracha sees hyperinflation in food and services and a deflation in stocks, bonds, property. How do you get rid of debt? You have to deflate everything.

13:18 – The system as it is isn’t going to survive. Uranus in Taurus, we’re in for some surprises.

14:00 – The stock markets are going up whilst millions of people have lost their jobs? How can that be? Bracha gives her viewpoint, banks bailing out big corporations whilst giving small amounts to ordinary people and wiping out the wealth of most people. That’s why Bracha has been upset and couldn’t make a video about it until today.

15:25 – There will be a downturn and debt could implode. It is possible that they could create a crypto currency but it will be another fake currency and it will collapse. We have a false economy based on false values such as greed. It’s untenable. In the long run, Bracha thinks the economy effects will be great but in the short term, the effects are going to be very uncomfortable.

16:15 – How can we prepare? What can we do?

  • Gold and silver are real commodities. With Uranus in Taurus, it looks at the tangible.
  • If you’re buying a house with cash or you’re going to take out a small debt, it’s ok but if you take out debt to buy properties, the chances are you are going to get into trouble when this downturn occurs.

 19:00 – We must stop living beyond our means, this is what the South node in Sagittarius indicates. Bracha recommends planting a garden in case of a food shortage; growing and exchanging between each other. Also, Uranus in Taurus is about communities and coming together. Back to basics with this Capricorn energy and South node in Sagittarius is about reigning it.

20:55 – We need an honest system, the current system is dishonest. The current system is about gambling and stock markets. Uranus in Taurus takes us back to our basics and what we really need; medicine, food etc. These areas are needed. We need to equalise the inequalities. We can’t take more from nature than what we need.

22:50 – Which industries are good? Technology, technology support, artificial intelligence, robotics, food, healthcare, cleaning products, sanitation, delivery companies, digital payments, cyber security, online education. The losers; aviation, tourism, retail, professional sports, cinemas.

Anything that you make with your hands will be valuable because the North node is in Gemini. The Gemini energy is about using your hands and dexterity.

24:58 – Uranus in Taurus likes nice things that last. Something durable. It’s a shake up to build things of quality. Coming together as communities and sharing for all of our needs.

26:35 – Wouldn’t you want something that is handmade which is made from love and it has quality?

27:02 – We, the people, need to take responsibility for the Earth, nature, the money system and the future. Uranus is about the future.

27:51 – People are adaptable and these nodes are going to show us that we must be even more adaptable.

28:40 – Things that you create with your hands rather than with machines will be far more valuable than mass produced plastic, flimsy items. Unique is the way forward.

30:13 – We’ve got to face the consequences of what’s happened. We need to detox the financial world.

30:50 – Our new world will be flooded with new inventions and new amazing things. Now we’ve got to help each other to transition. Also, we can begin to appreciate the free things all around us; nature, music, art, conversation. There are going to be other values rather than this debt and materialism. We have to move towards sustainability.

32:20 – Look at how you can be inventive with what you have or giveaway items to someone else who really needs it if you don’t,

33:20 – Be careful when you are clearing out your space, keep things which are good quality and you do need. You don’t need to buy the same item again and again. We need to learn not to take more from the Earth more than what’s we truly  need.

33:44 – “Let me take not take more than I really need”. If this becomes our motto for this Uranus in Taurus era until 2025, it will re-balance and heal very quickly. Look at nature reviving already during lockdown. Reduce the wants and focus on your needs.

35:00 –Invest in tangibles, invest in your mind, knowledge and thinking, invest in your talents, your abilities and your learning. Be ready to be a little more flexible. Offer a helping hand to one another.

36:02 – We’ve been stopped in our tracks by the virus. We have to be very careful not to go back into our old habit patterns. Question what you really need.

Gold has dropped in price over recent months while many stock markets have posted all-time highs. What’s going on? Vast amounts of money have been pumped into the system, the media wants us to believe that we are out of a global recession and people are beginning to believe them! Investors are looking for yields on their money as interest rates are at almost zero in most western countries and they are turning to the stock markets for leverage on their funds. How long is this pattern likely to continue?

Judging by the astrological aspects, we are at a turning point. We’ve had all the positive effects of the Grand Trine and also the Star of David but they are now waning and instead oppositions and squares are being triggered which indicate much harder times ahead. Pluto, Jupiter and Uranus are making a powerful T-square, which indicates that things are going to get shaken up. Everything will become even more erratic and making money as a trader during these next 8 months will be a very difficult task.

The most important addition to this T-square is that between now and next spring, a Grand Cross is going to be activated. Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars will transit through Libra which is the final cardinal sign in this intense line-up of planets.

The opposition of Pluto and Jupiter happens every 13-14 years. We are now entering  the peak of this powerful cycle. It all started with the conjunction of Pluto and Jupiter in December 2007. This was the start of the collapse of the financial system which resulted in the failure of sub-prime markets, the recession, interest rates going to zero, and of course, the banks managed to save themselves. But savers, people who depended on some interest on their money were completely annihilated.

I have said all along that gold will go up in price. This is a temporary down which is a great buying time. Nothing ever goes up in a straight line and gold is no exception to this, but with these upcoming aspects, I am more convinced than ever, that precious metals will increase in price exponentially over the next months and years ahead.

Right now, with gold at around USD$1300.00 per ounce, it looks very cheap. You will look back on this in the not too distant future and say to yourself, boy, gold was so inexpensive then, why didn’t I buy some? If you cannot afford to buy gold, then get a little silver which is very affordable at about USD$20.00 per ounce. Remember not to buy stocks or paper certificates. Make sure you buy the actual gold and silver coins that you can hold in your hand.

Be careful about leaving any amount of money in a bank because laws are in the making that could make it difficult for you to get your money out, let alone any interest on it. This is going to apply to small savers as well as those with large amount of money to protect. In the EU, there is a proposal on the table allowing customers to withdraw a maximum of maybe 100 Euros a day in case of a bank failure. This could last for up to a month! Largely unnoticed by the public at large, the EU is pushing forward laws in the event of a banking collapse. The writing is on the wall. Make sure you have some gold and/or silver in case you need it to survive on during these erratic times ahead. People often say to me, you can’t eat gold. And of course they are right. But gold and silver are negotiable. You have something tangible that you can sell if times get rough. If you have paper money, the value can drop to zero overnight and you can be left with nothing at all. Be prepared. Better to be a year early than a day late.

Venus Retrograde in Capricorn – Love, Money and Happiness

Venus rules your money, your relationships and above all, what makes you happy. One of the best things you can do during a Venus retrograde is to think carefully about what makes you happy, what brings love and joy into your life.

It’s a great time to complete any unfinished business you have around finances and relationships. For example, you may come up with a new plan for getting out of debt, you may be in an unhealthy business partnership that needs to be redefined or ended, you might have a great new business idea that needs more planning and structure before you can proceed.

In your relationships, people from the past may come back into your life so that you can resolve any unfinished business that might be preventing you from moving on with your life. Have you learned the lessons associated with this relationship? If you have been having challenges in a relationship, this could be a good time for a reconciliation.

Venus retrograde tends to slow everything connected with money and love giving you enough time to think about things and to see the bigger picture more clearly.

With Venus retrograde in Capricorn, it’s likely to be focused on money and business as Capricorn rules big business, debts, financial institutions, banking and insurance. Capricorn is also ruled by Saturn so you may need to restructure your finances and your relationships or anything that is not working for you in these areas. There could be endings and completions in order to make way for something new and more satisfying to come into your life.

Do you have enough balance in your relationships? Are you giving too much? Are you taking too much?

It is a good time to examine your spending habits, and with Venus retrograde in Capricorn, you may have to tighten your belt and only spend on what you need rather than what you want.

As this retrograde occurs over the holidays and the New Year, I would suggest waiting until after 20th December before buying any luxury or large items because you will probably find that there are huge price reductions and bargains galore to be had once Venus goes retrograde. I anticipate finding lots of great deals in the majority of the retail stores.

If you do buy anything during this time, make sure you keep all the receipts, warranties and guarantees as things can get lost during a retrograde. I once bought a coat during the Venus retrograde for$150.00 and I returned it to the store as it didn’t fit very well. Instead of refunding $150.00 onto my credit card, they refunded just $15.00! It took me months to get the rest of the money out of them.

On the personal front, you may meet someone and you may feel as though you are falling in love with them. Try to go slowly during the retrograde, take your time, because when Venus goes direct on January 31st 2014, this person may not be quite who you thought they were and you could end up being very disappointed. As long as you have gone slowly and you haven’t gotten yourself too emotionally embroiled, then you are not going to feel devastated if things don’t turn out as well as you had hoped.

Venus also rules the currency of a country, its money.

Around the world our economy is changing and crumbling and during this retrograde I wouldn’t be surprised if we see even more bankruptcies on a global scale and also on a personal level where people have just overloaded themselves with financial commitments that they are unable to keep.

If you have been working hard, you have no debts and your relationships are healthy and are founded on integrity and trust, then this Venus retrograde in Capricorn won’t affect you adversely. If however, you have been overspending and your relationships are toxic, then this may be a time of disruption giving you the opportunity to get your finances and relationships into balance once more.

Managing Your Finances in Today’s World

  1. Don’t believe all you see and hear in the media. Most everyone has an agenda and you must analyse carefully the information they are giving. For example, recently, George Soros publicly announced that gold was in a bubble and was likely to fall in price soon. The minute he did this, the price of gold did fall and he was reported to have purchased a huge amount of gold at the cheaper price.
  2. With any books you read, remember that no one person has all the answers, and what they are writing about – whilst it may appeal to the majority – may not be applicable or relevant to your personal situation.
  3. Most of us don’t like change, but in the current economic climate, we need to be ready to turn on a dime. Governments around the world are bringing in new laws every week, laws are changing on taxes, employment…you need to stay abreast of these changes in order to be one step ahead of possible disaster.
  4. Be conservative. Make sure you have planned for the worst. Ensure you have at least six months living expenses in cash, six months food and water stored up and some physical gold and silver. Pay off all your debts and only if you have some money left over after all this preparation, should you consider investing in more risky ventures such as stock markets or property. I have so many clients who want to be full time traders on the stock market. They seem to see it as a quick way to get rich. I see too many people losing more than they can afford and they unnecessarily put their families and homes in jeopardy. Best to play it safe.

World and Economic Predictions 2011-2012

On December 31st 2008, when gold was trading at USD$850.00 I predicted it would go to over USD$1400.00. At the end of 2010, gold is now trading at USD$1420.00.

At the end of 2008, when silver was trading at just USD$11.00, I predicted it would go over USD$30.00. At the end of 2010, silver is now trading at USD$30.89.

Had you invested in gold you would have made a profit of 65% and with silver you would have made a profit of 153%.

Let me give you my predictions for gold and silver for 2011:

Gold will go to $1800 and above and silver will go to at least $45.00. If you have not yet invested in gold and silver, it is still not too late. Precious metals are yet to become mainstream and therefore have a long way to go. We are at the beginning of a long-term bull market and there could be shortages of the physical metals in the future.

I predicted that real estate would fall dramatically in the US and it is continuing to fall. I predict that over the next two years, property prices will drop overall another 20% the US and that the Chinese and Australian property bubbles will burst. There will be small pockets of land and real estate that will hold their value even during the economic crisis that still lies ahead, but they are few and far between. In the main, if you are thinking of buying property, think again. You may want to rent for a while to keep your options open. Don’t get into something that looks like a “real bargain” only to find six months later that its price has dropped by another 20%.

Stock markets will be more volatile than ever. Between now and 2014, the Dow Jones could still fall to 90% off its all time high. If you are thinking of trading on the markets during 2011, make sure can afford to lose the money you are investing as there will be wild fluctuations in prices and people will become even more speculative than before and bubbles will form and burst in the twinkling of an eye.

The US dollar will continue to fall and we will see the start of currency wars, trade wars and cyber wars.

Unemployment in the US is at a 26 year high and unemployment among the young is at over 50% in Spain and Italy. This sets the scene for greater unrest and revolts against authorities and governments to come.

During 2011 we will see the schism between the haves and have nots widen with more austerity measures piled onto average person. We’ve already had civil unrest in Greece, Ireland and the latest in the UK with the students’ revolts and an open attack on Prince Charles and Camilla.

We will see more bailouts this coming year, governments taking on even more debt and more printing of colossal sums of money. We’ve already had QE 2 and I am fully expecting to see QE3 some time in the summer to fall of 2011. The same holds true for Europe where the situation is also worsening.

Governments worldwide will be imposing more and more taxes. Sales taxes, property taxes, income taxes etc., cash strapped states, councils and governments will be looking for ways to squeeze cash out of the everyday person. Make sure you keep your accounts and business dealings in order as I am seeing Inland Revenue departments chasing even small sums of money such as $50 or $100.

There will be more groups who want to expose corruption in governments, banks and big business. It has started with Wikileaks and OpenLeaks, but the power of hackers around the world remains unknown and they may be able to bring down the likes of Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Amazon. Take your privacy seriously and do whatever you can to put in place protections for your online security and financial security.

We will see more government leaders voted in and out of office quickly, just as we saw in 2010 with Kevin Rudd voted out by his own party within a year of taking office. And in the US the November mid-term elections where there was a sweeping change in the balance of power.

There will be more natural disasters in places we least expect them. In 2010, Christchurch experienced a 7.3 earthquake and seismologists were not aware of a fault line in that area of New Zealand. There continue to be severe aftershocks that are still affecting the people and the buildings. Changing weather patterns will bring about freak weather conditions. In Australia there is severe flooding in areas that have had droughts for the last ten years.

I predict that we will see flooding so excessive in some places where small towns or even whole cities will go underwater. A proliferation of water borne diseases could ensue.

The majority will stick it out in the cities and towns and they will face civil unrest, uprisings, austerity measures and restrictions on their personal freedom. Others will withdraw, retreat to nature or live communally with others of like mind. They will be concerned with survival issues and will live independently and self-sufficiently, growing their own food and generating their own power. If you are unable to escape from where you are living, but feel vulnerable to the changes ahead, at least stock up with some basic food and water supplies, a first aid kit, torches and make copies of all your important documents. Think of it as taking out insurance – be prepared for the worst and hope for the best.
